1、專業(yè)能力：
（1）熟練掌握暖通空調(diào)專業(yè)相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)軟件（如AutoCAD、天正暖通、Revit等BIM相關(guān)軟件），能夠獨(dú)立完成暖通空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的方案設(shè)計(jì)、初步設(shè)計(jì)、施工圖設(shè)計(jì)及相關(guān)技術(shù)文件編制工作；
（2）熟悉暖通空調(diào)領(lǐng)域相關(guān)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、行業(yè)規(guī)范及地方規(guī)定，了解行業(yè)最新技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，能夠結(jié)合項(xiàng)目需求合理選用設(shè)備及系統(tǒng)方案；
（3）具備解決項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中各類技術(shù)問(wèn)題的能力，能夠配合施工階段的技術(shù)交底、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)及竣工驗(yàn)收等相關(guān)工作。
2、學(xué)習(xí)能力：具備較強(qiáng)的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力，能夠快速掌握行業(yè)新技術(shù)、新規(guī)范及新設(shè)備相關(guān)知識(shí)，適應(yīng)項(xiàng)目多樣化的設(shè)計(jì)需求，持續(xù)提升自身專業(yè)素養(yǎng)。
3、 溝通協(xié)作：具備良好的溝通表達(dá)能力與團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神，能夠清晰、準(zhǔn)確地與項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員（建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)、水電等專業(yè)）、甲方、施工單位及相關(guān)審批部門(mén)進(jìn)行技術(shù)溝通與協(xié)調(diào)，確保設(shè)計(jì)工作順利推進(jìn)；同時(shí)能夠高效完成跨部門(mén)、跨單位的對(duì)接工作。
4、其他要求：工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致，具備較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心與抗壓能力，能夠按時(shí)保質(zhì)完成各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)。能接受出差者優(yōu)先考慮。
